Pflugerville Furniture Center Return Policy:

We do our best to ensure your purchases arrives in perfect condition. You must inspect your purchases upon arrival and contact us within 72 hours if there are any issues with the condition of the product. If there is a problem please call, email, or stop by the store. If you are able, please email us photos of the damage, product numbers, your name, and phone number to our email address. It will help expedite a resolution. info@pvillefurniture.com

We can accept returns within 72 hours after purchase for a full refund or store credit. If there are issues with the furniture after the 72 hour period Pflugerville Furniture Center may assist in making a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Again, please email us photos of the furniture and provide your contact information.

We will only accept returns within 72 hours if the product is in the same condition as when the customer received it.

Items on sale, clearance, discounted or discontinued may not be accepted for a refund/store credit.

When purchasing a used/consignment item you have 72 hours to contact us for a refund request.

You have 7 days to request a refund for deposits placed on layaway items. Deposits on layaways are forfeited to Pflugerville Furniture Center if the final payment has not been recieved within 45 days.
