Pflugerville Furniture Center Return Policy:
We hope you enjoy your experience shopping with Pflugerville Furniture. Here are our delivery rates and return policies to help make sure we fully meet all of your expectations.
Delivery: Delivery fees are charges to the customer for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. We will call you at 10:30am on delivery day to confirm a time that works for both parties. Delivery fees are paid after the delivery is completed in the form of cash or check. We do not accept credit or debit cards for delivery fees. Deliveries are always free of tax.
Sample Delivery Rates:
Delivering a 5pc dining set to Pflugerville area on the first floor: $50
Delivering a basic sofa to the 2nd floor in Round Rock area: $60
Delivering a bedroom set to Cedar Park on the first floor: $100
Delivering a TV Stand to downtown Austin up an elevator: $75

Assembly: Currently all assembly is performed free of charge. If you order an item from our website it must come to the store first (We do not offer dropshipping) We will unpackage the items and inspect for damage or any missing parts. If you would like the item assembled free of charge just let us know!
Shipping: All items ordered through the website come to the store first. If you like our employees will open all packages to inspect the items for damages that may have occured during transit from the distributer/manufacturer. If you prefer to keep the items in the box we can do that as well.
Ordering: If you complete an order through our website please provide all of your contact information including your name, phone number and address. A PFC representative may call you to confirm your order to ensure everything is correct. Please feel free to call/email us if you have any questions or concerns.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pflugerville Furniture Center. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 72 hours of the purchase. Discontinued, discounted, clearance and items damaged after they leave the store are non-refundable. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. If you had the items delivered to your home/business a pickup and/or restocking fee may apply. If you ordered a new item from the website and it came in damaged we will order in a new product to replace the defective product. You have 7 days to request a refund for deposits placed on layaway items. Deposits on layaways are forfeited to Pflugerville Furniture Center if the final payment has not been recieved within 45 days. If there are issues with the furniture after the 72 hour period Pflugerville Furniture Center may assist in making a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Again, please email us photos of the furniture, serial numbers from tags on the items and provide your contact information. 100% satisfaction is always our goal.
